Have you ever had that burst of energy to go outside and play a sport after watching the professional and college players on television?  Fortunately for our Wilkes communities, in addition to the high school teams and competitions, you have the Luckydog Tennis and Pickleball Club located at its new facility in Lynnwoode, North Wilkesboro, established in 1991. 

In addition to classes offered there are sponsored events, tournaments, fitness classes and social events – like the annual “Rally for the Cure” and “PAWS for the Cause” events which help raise money and awareness for breast cancer research. This year we’ve chosen “Samaritans Purse” for our fund raiser in October ’22. Earlier this year “The LuckyDog Club raised over $7,000 in April 23 & 24, 2022 for the Yadkin River Greenway.  Our 3rd Annual event was “Dinking for our Military” in November of 2022 we raised $11,000 for our Blue Star Mothers for Ashe, Watauga and Wilkes.

We offer Tennis and Pickleball classes across all skill levels and age groups:

Adults 18 – 75+

Kids Ages:  5-8    9-12    13-17  

Skill Levels 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 

Skill levels:   Beginner    Intermediate    Advanced
